Since being established at the end of 2003 our surf school has expanded and improved itself every year. We now run up to 100 individual lessons every day through the main summer months.
We take great pride in our centre and improve it as much as possible each year. We now have a fantastic terraced roof area for meeting and greeting all our guests on arrival, along with our lovely warm showers generated by our solar panelled roof tiles and of course our famous sand pit training area.
For 2008 we focused strongly on bringing in school groups through the out of season months and can now cater for groups of up to 40 students at any time, providing breakfasts and lunches if needed.
We have also improved our lesson structure and equipment for our more advanced students thus helping them onto the next level in their surfing development.
We plan to continue improving our school and centre wherever possible without losing the personal touch we are renowned for with our guests. |

Surfing Croyde Bay’s HQ is found in the heart of Croyde village. Primarily promoting Surf Tuition, we also have a take away ice cream and pasty section to the entrance of the shop. This is due to the long standing ‘ Cream Shop’ that served Croyde so well before our emergence.
The middle section of our shop is taken up by our clothing and gift area where you can get all your fudge or shortbread gift packs we also stock photo printed canvasses of North Devon’s beautiful coastline supplied by extremeboardshots.
We design our own range of Surfing Croyde Bay clothing available in men’s, ladies and kids styles. These are updated twice a year to keep you looking stylish throughout the season!
We stock Cobian, Globe and Havaianas footwear for the summer months just in case you forget to pack that all important pair of flip flops!

For those who like things that sparkle, we have a large range of locally designed silver jewellery called Adorn. You’re guaranteed to find something special.We’re quite confident in saying that there is something for everyone here at Surfing Croyde Bay whether it be a freshly baked pasty, an ice cream topped with Devon clotted cream or a new sparkler for the finger!
