| The first stage of your surf
tuition is based in Surfing Croyde Bay's man made sand pit. This is crucial
when taking one of our learn to surf lessons. The lesson plan is to set
the strategy for the water work ahead and trying to figure out how to
surf before you hit the water. First off it's "suiting up" (getting you
fitted up with a wetsuit), then afterwards an overview of your surfboard
before moving onto beach safety. Finally we'll run through paddling your
board and getting to your feet (the pop up) before finishing off with
water safety signals. The Pit provides total seclusion and privacy during
the first part of your surfing course. It will be void of any distractions
that may be present at the beach... |
